25 June 2020, Centre for International Relations (CIR) continues the tradition of Eid-ul-Fitr celebration with UMP international students

The Director of Centre for International Relations (CIR) distributed three hundred (300) jars of Raya cookies to the UMP international students on 3rd Zulkaedah 1441H (June 25th, 2020) which took place at CIR office in UMP Gambang campus. CIR has been organising Eid-ul-Fitr celebration for the UMP international community for the past years. During the celebration, the UMP community typically would get the chance to savour the scrumptious cuisines prepared by the UMP international community. Unlike the previous years, 2020 demonstrates an exception in which the jars of Raya cookies are delivered to the UMP international students through representatives from their respective countries. This is due to the restriction of organising any large scales social events to curb the spread of COVID-19. This also demonstrates an expression of sympathy to the UMP international students stranded in our country during MCO.
